When will my order be dispatched?

All orders received before 3pm Mon-Fri will be shipped same day

Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched next working day

Orders will not be dispatched on bank holidays

What delivery options are there?

We offer Free Royal Mail 48 or Tracked 24 services

Delivery costs are:
Royal Mail 48 Free
Tracked 24 £7 (Next day delivery on orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday)
All orders over £50 qualify for free Tracked 24 shipping

How can I track my order?

If a tracked option has been selected a tracking number and link will be sent once your order has been dispatched

Can I cancel?

Yes you can cancel an order at any time however if your order has already been dispatched you must return it for a refund and pay the return postage costs

Do you accept international orders?

No currently we only ship to UK addresses

Returns and Cancellation Policy

You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be in a sealed unused condition.

The buyer must cover the return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to show on your statement.
